Joel has over 25 years of operational management, infrastructure delivery and consulting experience spanning multiple industries. He has spent the last 19 years in the port industry, managing port operations, equipment acquisitions and terminal expansions. Currently holding the role of Chief Operating Officer for DP World in Canada, his responsibilities include leading the strategic execution of all Canadian operations. Joel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering from Queen’s University and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
